Title Digital- Patient Engagement Intern Location WHCC Job Information Primary Responsibilities: * Work with management in each department to get approved social media content to be posted on a variety of platforms. * Assist in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so patients can easily find us as they search keywords online. * Assist in improving rankings on a variety of social media platforms. * Assist in coordinating responses to patient reviews online. * Ensure patient kiosks are working across all sites and assist staff on how to use them case patients need assistance. * Assist in improving patient engagement with patient portal, a website application. * Other duties as assigned. Key Requirements: * At least four or more years working in social media and must be active on social media. Current student related field a plus. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. * Experience with WordPress, and MS Office Suite. * This is a temporary position.
