Works with various types of diets in hot and cold food areas using a variety of foodservice equipment. Uses standardized recipes and production guidelines in preparing foods. Checks raw foods for quality prior to preparation and uses sanitary techniques in preparing, serving and storing foods. Qualifications Required Minimum Education: High school or equivalent preferred Required Minimum Certification: n/a Required Minimum Experience: Two (2) years related experience. Required Minimum Skills: Knowledge of commercial food service operation. Understanding of proper food safety techniques and guidelines. Able to communicate in the English language.
