WEST DERMATOLOGY IS LOOKING FOR A SKINCARE ENTHUSIAST TO BE OUR NEXT E-COMMERCE PRODUCT CONSULTANT! WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE AN ENTRY LEVEL ONLINE SALES ASSOCIATE TO GROW OUR E-COMMERCE SALES AND FULL-FILL THE DAILY ORDERS.

• Perform e-commerce sales strategy/plans and execute them to expand West Dermatology online brand presence

• Full-fill daily skincare online orders and ensure they are shipped on a daily basis

• Maintain product detail page accuracy and quality control

• Conduct market research, competitor and trend analysis

• Plan and coordinate with the marketing and clinic team to launch new products and campaigns

• Manage and update PPC ads and top keywords analysis.

• Track sales and manage inventory. • Create new ideas to help increase revenue

• Build, develop, and scale new revenue growth opportunities.

• Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly

• Perform other projects and functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry level position
• Aesthetician license a plus 
• Shopify ecommerce experience a plus
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills
• Communication, interpersonal, and team work skills
• Interest in eCommerce and/or beauty/skincare products
• Be a proactive worker and team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
