    PURPOSE:

    Assist with patient assistance program enrollment and management of patient assistance medications.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Works closely with the clinical pharmacist to complete, submit, and follow-up on the status of patient assistance program applications.

    • Receive patient assistance program medications and prepare them for patient retrieval.

    • Respond to patient phone calls and messages regarding patient assistance program applications and medications.

    • Assist with patient assistance program re-enrollment and scheduling appointments with the clinical pharmacist as needed.
