PURPOSE:
Assist with patient assistance program enrollment and management of patient assistance medications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with the clinical pharmacist to complete, submit, and follow-up on the status of patient assistance program applications.
Receive patient assistance program medications and prepare them for patient retrieval.
Respond to patient phone calls and messages regarding patient assistance program applications and medications.
Assist with patient assistance program re-enrollment and scheduling appointments with the clinical pharmacist as needed.
