    Job Description

    We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated and detail oriented Finance Specialist to join our business support team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, from financial analysis and reporting to budgeting and forecasting. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us make informed financial decisions and ensuring the financial health of our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to management.

    • Assist in the development of financial models for strategic planning and decision-making.

    • Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts.

    • Monitor budget performance and report on variances, helping departments stay on track and adjust spending as needed.

    • Provide financial input for long-term planning and investment decisions.

    • Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.

    • Ensure financial statements are accurate, compliant with accounting standards, and reflect the company's financial health.

    • Review and interpret contractual terms and pricing structures to accurately bill clients.

    • Maintain a centralized database of and billing records for easy reference and audit purposes.

    • Coordinate billing schedules and timelines in accordance with contract requirements and client expectations.

    • Assist in the preparation of financial disclosures for regulatory compliance.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • 5 to 10 years related experience needed

    Bilingual Korean / English skills required.

    • Must be able to execute complex functions in Microsoft Excel.

    • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting roles.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
