Job Description

• Offering consolidation services by road and rail to customers

• Liaising with third parties to move goods by rail or IMC in accordance with customer requirements

• Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey

• Logistics sales. Key account development

• Route planning

• Negotiating contracts, transportation, and handling costs

• Managing documentation and assisting claims issues

• Supervise Operations Team

• Working closely with customers, colleagues, and third parties and support top management.

• Report to management

• Understand and monitor compliance with safety and DOT regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience holding similar responsibilities within similar industry and organization

• Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability

• A professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues

• Strong focus on the customer and carriers

• Self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking

• Willing to work overtime and work on weekends if needed

• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and etc.

• Must be legally authorized to work in U.S
