Office Admin/ Sales Support- Bilingual (Korean/ English)
Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized Sales Support Specialist to provide the necessary support to the field sales. A Sales Support Specialist needs to have excellent interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently within a team while having the ability to complete tasks. Other essential roles a Sales Support Specialist should have include:
• Answering vendor calls for their sales questions and listing up the vendor issues.
• Communicating to co-work with Sales related teams in Korea HQ
• Handling all administrative duties for general affairs and logistics
• Assisting in the execution of sales marketing events (Expo, tradeshow etc.)
• Purchasing office supplies and reporting with receipt/document
• Reporting any unusual activity to supervisor
• Maintaining office stuffs and inventories
Salary range: $45K-$55K annually
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Time management and organization
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• 1~2-year experience in sales support
