Job Description
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound operations including Loading, Unloading of Empty/Loaded containers
- Manage, Identify, and report the risks and issues of Trans-Loading operations and process including Border Crossing Status
- Monitoring Inbound delivery at Laredo warehouse, Empty pick up plan, Outbound Carrier pickup, Dispatch plan
- Notifying Inbound forecasting data to Trans loading Warehouse
- Collect Daily reports from 3PL, revise data to elaborate Internal daily reports to Customer
- IRRE Situation response
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, inbound and outbound requirements
- Measure and report the effectiveness of operation activities
- Monitors performance and productivity to maximize operation excellence, which includes service, and quality
- Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and establishing updating existing work procedures and practices
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Salary range: $26-$28 per hour
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, particularly in the Warehouse environment with the knowledge of Logistics Operation, warehouse/ Distribution Center Environment / Supply Chain Management required
- Strong understanding of Laredo logistics operations and border crossing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
