Job Description

• Provide translation and localization for internal and external teams
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
• Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
• Aid in preparation of business materials and participate in client meetings.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.
• All business requirements need to be written both a business language and the technical language.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual Korean required
• 3+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Business Management, Information Technology, Big Data related educational background/ work experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking & Excellent communication skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills and BI reports
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
