Job Description

•  Prioritize and strategically plan loads
•  Track & trace and provide shipment updates to different teams
•  Communication with carriers/forwarders to resolve logistics issues
•  Maintain and file electronic documents
•  Data input/upload
•  Date report/analysis
•  Perform other job related duties as required
•  Timely completion of functional requests
•  Work well as a team

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years of experience preferred as logistics and/or customer service or related experience needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Follow through and completing projects on time
• Must be well organized
• Strong computer skills, Excel proficient
• Quick leaner
• Self-motivated and driven individual with outstanding customer service skills
