[Inbound & IMEI – logistics]

Responsibilities

• Track of incoming shipment and customs clearance status
• GR posting in SAP
• Reconcile inbound inventory  
• Check shipment free day and move the inventory
• Perform clerical duties such as electronic filing, inbox organization and sorting skills, responding to vender or internal customer emails/request.
• Review and compare daily RPA report to validate its accuracy
• Link IMEIs and provide to customer upon request.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written. independently write reports and correspondence.

• Inventory control & stock count

• Prepare Weekly Report
• Review and validate billing data quarterly.

[Billing document]

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily & weekly log and filing system for document
• Basic understanding of estimating, scheduling, and other related database tasks
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written. independently write reports and correspondence.
• Develop complex spreadsheets and charts in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or logistics management
• Excellent  communication and problem-solving skills
• Inventory maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• SAP Experience a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
