Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and set up operational process for e-Commerce business based on requirements of customers
• Provides pricing for E-commerce related operations such as fulfilment center and parcel. Maintains daily communication with customer and 3rd party carriers to ensure all inventory and shipping orders are in proper status, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provides SOP/work procedures regarding maintenance, ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements and compliance
• Recommends updates and changes to current processes to improve operations
• Troubleshoots and corrects all warehousing operation issues
• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs
• Monitors account issues and communicate/liaison with management to implement/drive solutions
• Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staff to coordinate booking, pickup, tracking and proof of delivery with appropriate documentation
• Reporting as needed (service failure report, claim/damage report, others)
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into company's system and other systems as needed
• Monitors trends and reports changes to Management for action
• Ability to use Logistics System Modules(FIS/TMS/WMS) to manage inbound and outbound shipments, trans loading and KPI management

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required 

• 7+ years of logistics operational experience in cross border e-Commerce including warehouse operation

• Relevant Industry Knowledge

• +7 years of operational experience in the E-Commerce or logistic industry related

• Experience with, understanding of and interest in new logistics IT technologies

• Knowledge of logistics system such as TMS/WMS and capability of trouble-shooting required

• Data analysis ability to understand complex data and narrow down to present performance in operation

• Strong knowledge of the e-Commerce business market from China to US

• Distinct customer orientation, professional presence and assertiveness

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment

• Outstanding analytical, organizational and negotiating skills

• Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Skills

• Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English, Korean is a plus
