  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Maintain regular communication and collaboration skills with our 3PL call center conducting weekly meetings to ensure alignment and address any issue.
    • Interaction with customers (Delivery, Questions regarding products, exchange, and return)
    • Conduct monthly analysis of customer service related issues and prepare detailed reports for management
    • Corrective action planning to improve CRM process

    Salary: $45-65k

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
    • Assistant Manager level/2~4 years experience or Staff level / 1~2 years experience preferred
    • Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
    • Time management skills
    • Prompt responses to customer queries and the timely implementation of customer service strategies needed
    • verbal and written communication skills
    • Intermediate knowledge in working with MS Office programs
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Bilingual in Korean/ English
