Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Assistant Manager level/2~4 years experience or Staff level / 1~2 years experience preferred
- Problem-solving and Negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Prompt responses to customer queries and the timely implementation of customer service strategies needed
- verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in working with MS Office programs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual in Korean/ English
