Office Admin Operator- Bilingual (Korean/English)
Job Description
· Back operation setting
· Assist to make manual and data Entry
· Set up tariff into in-house system based on guideline
· Do gen tariff (Input AR/AP for settlement) through in-house system
• Make financial report based on existed information (Cargo volume, costs and etc)
• Create cargo arrival notice & delivery order for customer/vendor
• Track/trace shipment’s status and create report for ocean import cargo/domestic transportation
• Support Manager/Operation staffs to create any kinds of reports other than above
• Handle data entry via in-house system or excel spread sheet
• Follow up Manager’s daily order
Qualifications
• Education: High school Diploma
• Logistics experience is preferred, but no experience is oaky
• Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word
• Excellent written and oral skills (English)
• Able to engage and work directly with customers
• Problem solver mindset
• Self-motivated
• Organized
• Handle high pressure and fast pace operations as needed
• Strong work ethic
• Open to learning other modes of transportation as needed
