HR & GA Assistant Manager- Bilingual (English and Korean) preferred
Job Description
· Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Provide recommendation and guidance on client department Organizational Design and Development issues.
· Prepare and analyze payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
· Manage 401K retirement account and make sure that retirement plans follow the rules.
· Assist in the Training and Development initiatives with client organizations.
· Partner with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
· Help create leading edge human resources policies, as well as provide guidance and interpretation on existing policies.
· Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
· Expert at handling employee relations counseling.
· Prepare and maintain employee personnel records in HRIS.
· Perform Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3 years of human resources experience
· Extensive knowledge of HR policies and practices, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefit administrations, and organization change and effectiveness
· Bilingual(English and Korean) is preferred
· HR Certification is a plus
