Job Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize high level and detailed requirements
• Test Salesforce configuration and setup
• Test existing system enhancements and new system functionality, in collaboration with QA team and Business team
• Execute functional tests, integration, performance, load, and regression tests
• Report, track and determine priority, severity and status of reported bugs
• Manage documents, defects, issues and activity logs

Salary: 90K to 100K DOE

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on development exposure on the Salesforce platform Knowledge of Conga CLM platform and hands-on experience with Conga Orchestra Workflow and Conga Composer in Salesforce is a must Knowledge of system integration and various asynchronous capabilities and its use cases Understanding of the Salesforce product suite.

- Strong experience in Lightning and Community Clouds is required. Experience in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus.

- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable solutions Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)

- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) Solid grasp of environment management, release management, code versioning standard processes, and deployment methodologies Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.

- Active Salesforce certifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field. Good Documentation, especially Tech Design documentation, and Communication skills
