Business Support (Account Manager) - bilingual (Korean/English) Preferred
Job Description
· Prepare quotations for clients
· Prepare documents prior to the contract process
· Provide a guideline regarding the contract process
· Review/draft contracts
· Support inbound contracts when the needs arise
· Communicate with vendors, clients, business/service owners, legal, finance, AR and AP
· Archive/share the executed contracts
· Notify the contract completion to the client and business/service owners
· Register the payment plan to internal system and communicate with AR for the accurate invoicing
· Prepare backup for invoicing
· Prepare invoice/resource reports for the clients
· Prepare internal budget/contract status reports
· Support communication between AR and customer AP in case of payment issues
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field desired.
Skills
· Be ICT literate
· Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner
· Detail-oriented
· Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills desired.
· Korean language fluency desirable; conversational Korean language proficiency can be considered.
