Job Description

• Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
• Schedule project follow up meetings as needed.
• Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
• Quality Control and Document Management.
• Conduct quality control activities
• Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures.
• Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents, assistant with the research and preparation of field change request to resolve design issues.
• Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
• Handle complaints and explaining construction status.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of interpreting design drawings and finishing work.
2. Understanding of contract amounts and cost analysis for execution.
3. Familiarity with inspection equipment usage.
4. Ability to comprehend contract terms and conditions (including relevant legal understanding).
5. Skill in collecting and analyzing defect repair history, essential for supervisory tasks.
6. Ability to assess defects and improve construction methods.
7. Capability to issue work instructions and manage on-site workers.
8. Precise understanding of construction safety, based on experience with similar projects.
9. Effective communication skills for addressing issues or finding solutions during project progress.
10. Bilingual in Korean and English
