Job Description
This is an entry-level contract position in order management and logistics with the following responsibilities:
[Sample Management]
- Inventory control & stock count
- Incoming & outgoing inventory management
- Prepare Weekly Report
- Independently write reports and correspondence
[Billing document]
- Maintain daily & weekly log and filing system for document
- Independently write reports and correspondence
- Develop complex spreadsheets and charts in MS Excel
[Order management]
- Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer purchase orders for new and existing customers.
- Review and verify customer purchase order information to ensure the received order complies to system and process requirement until order completion.
- Effectively communicate to manager for escalation of any issues causing the customer purchase order not to be processed completely and or partially in a timely matter
- Perform clerical duties such as electronic filing, inbox organization and sorting skills, responding to vender or internal customer emails
- Demonstrate successful order entry while working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
