Job Description

Responsibilities and duties:

• Responding to inquiries from customer service or sales
• Managing relationships with select suppliers to eliminate constraints and meet objectives
• Analyzing, creating, editing, tracking and tracing for select suppliers / LSPs
• Reports monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Supply Chain function
• Develop performance metrics to manage and evaluate operation performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model
• Provides clear direction & strong leadership role in resolving operational problems.
• Manages to document corrective actions and improvement plans properly, and verify plan's effectiveness.
• Accounts Payable/ Receivable
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Improve ERP systems (Cello) and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience, preferably in supply chain /logistics
• Experience in Accounting is a plus
• Analytical and good communications skills
• Project management skills
• Manage organizations within goals by considering in time, budget and Business Unit objectives
• Analytical/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving
• Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Strong business focus
• Proficient in MS Products and other applications
• Accounting experience is  a plus
• Korean/English Bilingual preferred
