    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled sales and marketing head for global(specially USA) Grill & Agricultural machinery market. This leader will be responsible for driving the overall market strategy and execution to drive sales performance and scalability. Responsibilities will include revenue, planning, quota setting, and pipeline management in order to ensure the repeatable success. This person will directly manage the USA & global sales leadership and personal as well as have matrixed responsibility for all market activity including sales and marketing.

    Main Responsibilities

    • To contribute and help implement a detailed and highly evolved Sales Strategy.
    • To clearly identify business potential, short, mid and long-term opportunities.
    • To lead cross-organizational deal pursuit teams to ensure delivery of clear high-quality proposals and value propositions to the customer.
    • To develop new business lines across multiple departments within the account.
    • Developing markets for new sales and achieving sales.
    • The Senior Manager will actively finding new US grill & agriculture business such as the Weber and top 5 major US company or John Deere/ collaborate and coordinate with Vietnam manufacturing and Korea HQ.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Has established multi-vertical C level contacts in large Enterprise customers
    • Drives initiatives that result in improvement in customer satisfaction
    • Able to leverage the position in the account to identify and develop new business opportunities.
    • More than 10years experience for US Grill or Agricultural machinery business (Prefer Purchasing, Sales & Marketing department experience or who has good relationship with the top 5 grill and John Deere(Agricultural machinery) company in US.
    • A deep working knowledge  and understanding of US grill & agricultural machinery business.  
    • Over 10~20 years direct experience of Account Management and Business Development in the Grill or Agricultural machinery with strong proven purchasing/sales.
    • B.S. or Higher.
    • Experience within Global company such as Weber, Napoleon, Middleby Corp., NexGrill, Coleman and John Deere.
    • Experience in Grill and Agricultual machinery.
