Job Description

The candidate will design and develop web-based applications on business requirements. The candidate should be able to design and implement web-based interfaces. Responsibilities cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation. The candidate must have a solid development background across multiple technical disciplines including J2EE web application development, Java client/server development, and Database Development.

●Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

●Debug and resolve technical problems that arise.

●Align Application design with business goals.

●Write well designed, testable efficient code.

●Develop, test, implement and maintain application software.

Qualifications

●5+ YEARS of Java experience in developing or maintaining information systems.

●Experienced Java Developer with either knowledge in the following areas;

  REQUIRED: FULL J2EE STACK, JAVA, ORACLE.

  OPTIONAL: ASP .NET, ANYFRAME FRAMEWORK, HIBERNATE, SPRING, SQL ETC.

●Experience with application/WEB servers: BEA Weblogic and IIS.

●Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL.

●Experience with both database servers: Oracle, SQL

●Experience with O/S: Windows

●BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field.

●Bilingual preferred (English, Korean)

●Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

●Goal oriented and self-motivated.

●Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.

●Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to create software design documents.

●Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines is essential.

●Ability to work in a fast paced environment is crucial.

●Ability to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required.

●Attention to detail.

●Develop documentation to assist users/team.
