Job Title: Sales Support Rep - Memphis TN Job Description: As the
Premier, High-Growth Extremities and Biologics Company, Wright Medical
is currently in search of a Sales Support Rep. A Sales Support
Representative will report to the Manager/Supervisor of Sales Support
and provides comprehensive service in a high performance, customer
focused environment. The Sales Support Reps are liaisons between Wright
and its Direct Sales Force. They are the primary service contact for our
sales force. The SSR provides high level customer service to the field
and works hand in hand with our Regional Directors, District Leaders,
and Sales Reps.The purpose of the Sales Support department is to work in
conjunction with sales to keep the pipeline full, provide Inside Sales
support and support any/all revenue generating maneuvers/campaigns to
move the sales process forward. A direct territory's SSR should handle
the following: * Report construction via Excel or other internal systems
- Answer basic inquiries from the field * Serve as a liaison between
corporate headquarters and the direct sales force (for completing tasks,
relaying information, etc.) * Provide comprehensive support for the
current ASC Strategy Essential Job Functions: * Work to help Sales
prepare expense reports (while following Finance & Compliance policies).
Assist sales team with submitting hospital documentation/immunization
requirements and paperwork (ex: RepTrax). * Complete all MedEd event
registrations along with associated travel reservations and itineraries.
- Interacting with direct customers to collect purchase orders or
resolve invoicing disputes. * Partnering with the sales organization
while leveraging the CRM to build reports, assist funnel management and
coordinating events such as medical education. * Source new sales
opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails. * Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business
Development team member for further development and closure. * Update
customer records with relevant information in SalesCloud. * Success in
this area will require applying general industry knowledge and broad
communication skills to increase revenues in the ASC market for Wright

Bachelors Degree in business administration with 2+ years of
professional work experience, preferred * Previous experience
