    As a CIVIL STAFF PROFESSIONAL II with HRG, you will work closely with Project Manager(s), Project Engineer(s) and other Staff Professionals in our CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP office to perform a variety of engineering related tasks to include:

    • Designing portions of projects
    • Researching code requirements for project sites
    • Preparing drainage, storm water management, erosion & sedimentation control and other reports required for project permits and approvals
    • Performing research and writing reports
    • Performing inspections of job sites
    • Monitoring work in progress according to scope of work
    • Working with drafters to reduce designs into completed drawings
    • Reviewing shop drawings
    • Performing construction observation
    • Preparing construction cost opinions

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

    E.I.T. certification required

    Minimum 2 -4 years’ experience to include:

    • Subdivision
    • Land Development
    • Municipal Engineering
    • Storm Water Management

    Previous internship with a consulting engineering firm preferred

    Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various engineering software

    Team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills

    Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices.

    Has the legal right to work in the U.S.

  • Qualifications
    • MSc (or PhD) degree in agricultural sciences
    • Be proactive and ensure that project operations are optimally performed
    • Be proactive in identifying gaps between scientific and implementation activities
