As Christmas lights glow across Tunkhannock and winter evenings settle in, many seniors rely on compassionate caregivers to bring warmth, safety, and steady support. At Comfort Keepers, our mission is to Elevate the Human Spirit, and during the holiday season, that mission shines even brighter.

We are seeking a caregiver to support a male client who benefits from evening assistance, personal care, and encouragement with daily routines.

🌟 Evening Caregiver – Bathing, Meal Prep & Holiday Support

✅ Schedule:

Monday–Friday

4pm–9pm

4pm–8pm (alternating shifts)

✅ Care Focus:

This senior requires a patient, supportive caregiver who can assist with bathing, dressing, and evening routines. The home is a non‑smoking environment due to oxygen equipment. Cooking ability is essential.

✅ Responsibilities:

Bathing & showering assistance

Encouraging the client to shower

Help with dressing

Light housekeeping

Laundry

Meal preparation (must be able to cook)

Fall‑risk awareness and guided support

Providing warmth, comfort, and companionship during the holiday season

This role is ideal for a caregiver who is confident with personal care and enjoys creating a safe, calm evening routine.

✅ Requirements

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Able to pass a background screening

Must be comfortable working in a non‑smoking environment

Comfortable with personal care and bathing support

Must be able to cook

Reliable transportation

Dependable, patient, and professional
