  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Distribute and track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from personnel to ensure compliance with company policies,
    • Support the Accounting team in timely and accurate preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting
    • Act as Point of Contact for all commissions related questions and provide thorough and timely answers to the reps and management
    • Maintain and streamline commission plans/processes for various payees
    • Process and prepare monthly/quarterly commissions accruals and payouts for multiple customer facing teams
    • Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis of Annual Recurring Revenue quota and ROI’s
    • Respond to commissions and bonus inquiries which may include conducting research
    • Prepare and track data for special incentive programs related to Company initiatives
    • Recommend and implement process automation
    • Research and analyze data; prepare business performance reports for management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of tech company experience (SaaS/Cloud model preferred) in variable compensation with minimum 1 years’ experience as commissions administrator
    • BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields.
    • Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and passion for new technologies Experience with CRM/HRIS systems like Salesforce and IPS.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines.
    • Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role which supports multiple business partners
