We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Generalis! Minimum Education: BS/BA degree in Human Resources, or related field. Minimum Experience: One (1) year of progressive experience in Human Resources. Essential Functions: The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist is the front line of Human Resources, and plays a critical role in talent acquisition. The TA Specialist works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate staffing services and recruitment initiatives. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout his/her respective region, and provides support in all aspects of Human Resources as necessary. Item Job Duties: * Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs; screen, interview, and, where necessary, submit candidates for background check and reference validation. * Develop local and regional recruiting plans by employing traditional sourcing strategies, as well as researching and recommending new sources for active and passive recruitment efforts. * Network and maintain community contacts; coordinate and implement college recruiting initiative, by attending job fairs and maintaining active correspondence with student career centers. * Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of the current recruitment plans and implementation. * Submit routine report to Talent Acquisition leader via with the pre-populated format. * Conduct HR Training for management as required by Training and Development/ER Senior Specialist.
