    Corporate & Vacation Rental Company looking for skilled, hard working and customer-service oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. Must be bi-lingual (read and write Spanish fluently), excellent communicator, well-organized, and able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

    Working in Miami's Financial District (Brickell), parking is included.

    In addition to standard administrative tasks, which include basic reporting, customer service, charging guests, etc. employee will be required to know or learn Quickbooks.

    • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Self Starter/multi-tasker
    • Customer Service attitude and ability to get things done!
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Interest in Hospitality Business preferred
    • Required language: Spanish
    • Required experience: 2 years Administrative Assistant
