FOR COOKS-CULINARY POSITIONS What Is Expected- *High School diploma is required. Exude passion and a true love for the craft and hospitality industry. Should have least 2-3 years professional culinary experience ( fine dining preferred ) Must be able to handle high volume and able to function like a pro under stress Must be able to accommodate flexible work hours and be dedicated / available Must be able to quickly integrate into a team environment and support all facets of operations (you will be asked to deliver, drive, expo ...at times) *Must have excellent customer service and communication skills ( you will occasionally answer phones and speak to our Guest Service team and with our guests ) You must have a valid drivers license, and excellent driving record, and be able to pass a FAA on-ramp security clearance and pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.
