All About Kids was founded by Cathy Grossfeld in 1988, later joined by her husband Michael who are both New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and have over 60 years of combined experience in providing and administering services for children with developmental delays.

For over 30 years, All About Kids has provided evaluations, individual and group therapy services, consultations, and service coordination for children. All About Kid' comprehensive offering of services and programs addresses all facets of a child's development and allows for better team coordinated and individualized treatment. We provide early intervention, preschool, school age, and autism services privately as well as through the New York State public funded EI, CPSE, and District CSE programs including the NYCDOE. We are proud of our history of 30 years of outstanding program and fiscal audit reviews.

ALL ABOUT THE JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors or Associates Degree
• 1-2 years staffing in healthcare field (Preferably Early Intervention)
• Must be outgoing with an optimistic attitude 
• Able to speak and write fluent English and articulate well
• Customer Service Experience
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks well with attention to detail
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Early Intervention agency experience preferred

ALL ABOUT THE JOB

• Staffing and tracking a high volume of open positions
• Assign the appropriate professional to the child needing early intervention services in the home
• Maintain, update, and expand the staffing database
• Update clients and staff schedules with associated changes
• Track open positions for recruiting needs
• Establish relationships and communicate with clients, parents, agencies, schools, field, and administrative staff in a positive and friendly manner
• Conducting customer service calls to ensure quality control
• Assist in resolving customer and employee complaints in a professional and timely manner and assist in making appropriate referral to management for QA
