    • Provide the most effective evidence-based care to patients through clinically superior physical therapy treatments, evaluations, and related services as established by state law
    • Oversee daily operations in addition to training and developing clinical and non-clinical associates

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be able to prioritize workload in a dynamic work environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and conflict management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work cooperatively and interact effectively with both customers and company personnel.
    • Must have strong computer skills (MS Office)
    • Must be professional and behave ethically
    • Must be have current eQIP Background Investigation (BI)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven years’ experience in a project management – preferably in federal government contracting or the IT field.
    • Strong program management skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing project deliverables, tracking program status, evaluating operational performance, and performing risk assessments.
    • Previous experience in the homeland security, defense, airspace industry a plus
    • Previous experience with fingerprint and/or biometric technology a plus

     

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENT, WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Occasional overnight travel as required; should not exceed 20-30% of the time
    • General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
    • Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
