Intern, Client Services - Fall 2018 Interns New York, New York Client service interns play a key role on APCO Worldwide's client service teams. They focus on APCO's diverse client service groups while contributing to a broad range of project work, offering each intern a wide variety of experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES * Drafts press releases, fact sheets, and editorial content; * Monitors of issues or news events; * Identifies and compiles lists of media contacts; * Researches topics and issues and analyzing findings; * Edits and proofreads of client deliverables; * Assists in the development of client proposals; * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * A recent graduate or; currently enrolled in an accredited university or college as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student; * The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and attentive to detail; * Applicants are expected to have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience successfully balancing multiple tasks; * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Must be able to spend at least 20 hours per week in the office.
