Job Description

his temporary assignment will serve as a bridge to the WIO: CNA TRAINING PROGRAM and assist with resident care by providing unit support with the non-direct care activities listed below. This assignment will allow the potential CNA trainee to get a glimpse of the CNA experience from a non-direct care perspective; through observation and direct participation.

By the end of this temporary assignment, both the prospective trainee and CNA Program Manager will be able to make an informed decision on whether to move forward into the next scheduled CNA Training class. 

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
