Responsibilities: • Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, including planning, setup, and execution. • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by overseeing service quality and addressing any issues promptly. • Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain a high level of service. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful events. • Monitor banquet budget and expenses to maximize profitability while delivering high-quality service. Qualifications: • At least 4 years of progressive experience in food & beverage, with prior supervisory experience required. • Effective verbal and written English communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position. • Regular use of a computer, business equipment, and software is expected. • Long hours are sometimes required. Medium work with the need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. • Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. • Must be able to stand and/or walk for a lengthy period of time and have the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and your arms. Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
