As a Lounge Bartender, your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring customer satisfaction by warmly welcoming and engaging with guests while serving drinks responsibly. • Mastering the food and beverage offerings of the establishment to provide top-notch service and boost revenue. • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, handling transactions accurately, and adhering to all policies and procedures. • Prioritizing the safety and security of all patrons by following established protocols and promptly reporting any issues to management. Responsibilities: • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests at the bar. • Mix and serve drinks according to company recipes and standards. • Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience. • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout shifts. Qualifications: • Role requires at least 3 years of progressive food & beverage/bartending experience. • Current alcohol serving certificate preferred. • Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work -- exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi-task. • Must possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. • Near Vision -the ability to see details at close range. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required. Must work well in a high-energy/high-stress environment and have the ability to multitask. Compensation: $10 hourly + tips
