As a Front Desk Agent at the Best Western - Round Rock, you’ll have many opportunities to brighten someone’s day! Responsibilities: AS A FRONT DESK AGENT, YOU WILL: • Provide a critical first impression to our guests and deliver exceptional service • Welcome with a warm and friendly demeanor and serve guests in person and over the phone every day • Ability to use a computer to check guests in and out • Assist guests with any special requests • Go above and beyond to ensure their vacation/stay is memorable • Make reservations for future guests Qualifications: Ideally, you will have had experience in a similar role. You will have strong people skills, be a good team player, and understand how to be efficient while providing great standards of service. • Hotel front agent experience (1 year) • High School diploma required • Reliable method of transportation • Ability to work weekends
