    Job Description

    Provides travel information, personalized services and arranges accommodations for all resort guest by performing the following duties.

    Duties

    • Provides guest with information regarding local restaurants, shopping and attractions, directions ( traces routes on maps) , local religious service schedules and locations, golf courses, sporting events, and child/pet care etc )
    • Assists guest with special requests for services such as limousine service, theater or sporting event tickets, airline and travel information.
    • Resolves minor guest complaints to the guest satisfaction; makes supervisor aware of major guest complaints.
    • Able to work weekends and holidays, flexible shifts including nights.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-6 months of Call Center and/or Customer Service Experience
