Responsibilities
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
- Preferred prior bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service procedures as defined by both state laws and Buffalo Wild Wings policy and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guests
- Verbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
