Prepares and distributes all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Cognos
reports, including but not limited to staffing levels, turnover reports,
transaction reports, reviews past due, MGC, Regulatory Compliance,
Department of Labor, etc. * Responsible for all Human Resource data
entry, via eforms, including new hires, terminations, transfers, wages,
performance evaluations, address changes, name changes, and work
actions. * Responsible for the auditing of all employee transactions and
identifying any errors and taking action to correct the problem. *
Serves as liaison between the property and Corporate HRSC regarding
eforms. * Research payroll issues and communicate action needed to
necessary parties. * Respond to various miscellaneous requests for
information, reports and research from Payroll, Missouri Gaming
Commission, Regulatory Compliance, department administrators, Human
Resources, Managers, HRSC, etc. * Monitor and update Reports To
information on a monthly basis. * Process employee referral bonus
program and submit to payroll. * Responsible for weekly data entry and
auditing of iDOC database for Risk and Safety. * Responsible for monthly
MGC license renewal process. * Responsible for entering training history
and setting up new hires for CARE and Responsible Gaming Training. *
Serve as the first resource for our guests through telephone and
face-to-face interactions by working the front desk. * Administers the
employment application process including pre-employment testing
assessments. * Assists in the data management and record keeping
processes (I-9, 8850 tax credits compliance, background checks, employee
filing). * Responsible for conducting new hire job offers, which
includes scheduling for drug test collection, gaming appointment and
training classes * Responsible for processing Missouri Gaming
applications insuring all information is complete, notarized, copied and
submitted to the MGC by due date. | | | | | | |

- Responsible for ordering office supplies. * Assists in responses to

requests, etc. * Performs other related administrative duties and
special projects as required and assigned. * Must have the ability to
incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative
and working independently. * Ability to maintain a flexible working
attitude, while performing job duties in stressful situations or
handling complex communication. * Adhere to regulatory, departmental and
company policies in an ethical manner. * Excellent time management and
prioritization of multiple communication initiatives to meet established
deadlines and communication schedules for time sensitive information. *

Knowledge, Skills, & Education Preferred: * High School
diploma/GED required. * 1-year clerical/administrative experience
required. * One to two years experience in Human Resources, employment
or experience in the casino industry preferred. * Data entry
proficiency, speed/accuracy; 45 wpm typing speed. * Computer experience
in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. * Must be able to initiate and engage in
conversation in a professional and friendly manner. * Ability to be
self-motivated and self-directed regarding work flow and assignments. *
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment and handle
multiple tasks. * Must possess excellent telephone etiquette, customer
service, organizational and communication skills. * Excellent
understanding of English language, both written and verbal. * Must be
able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands. * Timely
follow-through and attention to detail on all projects. * Ability to
work with diverse customers. * Ability to manage multiple tasks. *

Requirements: * This position may require long periods of sitting,
standing, and typing at a computer keyboard. * Must be able to lift up

crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk. * Must be able to lift and
