Brand Alliances Specialist NV-Las Vegas-Corp Office: LV 1,070 reviews - Las Vegas, NV 89119 Brand Alliances Specialist - (18000603) Description Job Description the Brand Alliances Specialist will be involved in the creation and development of turnkey and customized cross-platform partnership programs that support revenue generation and partner retention associated with Caesars Entertainment properties within our budget. The Brand Alliance Specialist will assist and work closely with the Vice President of Brand Alliances as well as the Directors of Brand Alliances (currently two team members) to define the strategic sales plan and operations around revenue generation. S/he will assist the Sales Team with internal creation of live platforms and efficiencies for prospective partners (new business) and current partners (upsells and renewals) through the following: ongoing research of the Sports & Entertainment Sponsorship space; Research & identify industry best practices, emerging technologies, brands currently spending in the Entertainment Sponsorship space, platform development (idea generation and proposal construction), rate card creation (pricing/P&L development), internal vetting (seeking division approvals), creative presentations (write sales deck outlines, collaborate with Sales Team to bring vision to life) and inventory management. Efforts will be focused on venue inventory and strategies designed to maximize revenue streams for individual properties and the organization globally. In addition, S/he will work closely with VP Brand Alliances and Sales and Activation team to position newly created platforms for the Sales Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: participating in brainstorms, working with Sales Team in development of customized decks, attending pitch meetings, keeping notes and providing market research and competitive analysis, etc. The Brand Alliances Specialist will oversee (in the early stages) the implementation of newly created platforms in a Project Manager capacity and maintain communication with the Sales Team and any internal stakeholders necessary for the effectiveness of the deal(s). S/he will work directly with key stakeholders and ensure each platform is executed properly on behalf of the company, the venue, brand partners, artists, celebrity talent, and anyone else touching the deal. In addition, the Brand Alliances Specialist will assist VP Brand Alliances with Financial Reports, forecasting, budgeting process by supporting the entire Sales Team utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Salesforce) to help streamline the communication process into the President of Entertainment.
