Strategic Sourcing Internship - Summer 2019 Caesars Entertainment is a dynamic business, providing customers with a variety of gaming, hospitality, and entertainment offerings across multiple markets and brands. To continue offering its customers an excellent guest experience and maintain a cost structure that lends to the financial success of the business, it is critical that the Strategic Sourcing department develop comprehensive strategies covering their spend portfolio and a best-in-class supplier base in order to implement effective agreements at the best price possible. Over the course of the summer program designed to develop skills for future sourcing professionals, the Strategic Sourcing Procurement Intern is responsible for working with both Corporate partners, Property stakeholders, and contract managers to complete a high visibility, high impact project. While completing their assigned project, interns will be expected to conduct various analytic tasks, execute sourcing strategies, manage the contracting process, and oversee implementation and change management for agreements. Additionally, they will exercise their process improvement and consulting skills to complete a process-oriented team project with other interns. · Pursuing a Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance or other comparable fields, with experience in upper-division classes · 3.0 or above cumulative GPA recommended · Experience or comparable course work in statistical analysis · Strong interpersonal skills and a team oriented focus · Ability to think critically and manage complex project to completion · Proficient in problem solving **Primary Location: **NV-Las Vegas-Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino_Corporate **Work Locations: ** **Organization: **Caesars Entertainment Corporation **Job Level: **Entry Level
