Position: Automotive Detailer

Location: Overland Park, KS

Worksite Arrangement: On-site 5 days/week

Compensation: $16/hr - $18/hr DOE + great benefits, see overview below!

Schedule: M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm CT 

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Car Detailer in the automotive industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and protecting vehicles to provide a top-tier customer experience. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working around cars.

• Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors
• Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including upholstery, rugs, and dashboards
• Clean windows, door jambs, and engine compartments
• Apply protective treatments to upholstery, vinyl, leather, and tires
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects and perform minor touch-ups as needed
• Utilize appropriate cleaners, tools, and safety equipment
• Fill vehicles with fuel and replace minor missing parts when necessary

Requirements:

• 1+ year of vehicle detailing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of basic car cleaning products and techniques
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and materials
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
