Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 + years’ experience in sales, tenant representation or related business development role.
Licensed real estate sales person in DC, MD or VA, or ability to obtain and maintain real estate sales person’s license.
Experience with Costar a plus.
Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite.
