THE OPPORTUNITY The QA Manual Testing Analyst is responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems. To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. The analyst does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live. WHAT YOULL DO * Participate in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution, including, but not limited to, functional, integration, regression, and performance/load testing * Collaborate with SCRUM teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans into each sprint cycle * Collaborate with Senior QA Analyst(s) to maintain manual testing best practices * Participate in design and technical discussions * Closely follow a detailed technical roadmap that aligns with our product vision across different business functions * Mentor junior software testers / team members * Abide by quality standards defined for the team * Collaborates closely with Software Development to keep test case suites up to date with application(s) in test * Closely follow testing roadmap for all application(s) in test * Collaborate with Software Development on implementation-specific needs for successful software testing * Responsible for on-time delivery of tests committed to, test plan creation, test plan execution, and test results reporting * Other work-related duties as assigned. WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TABLE To perform this job successfully, youll need to be able to perform each essential duty.
