Worksite Arrangement: Hybrid, in-office Tues and Wed

Salary: $45,000 base + quarterly merit bonus potential

Avenica partners with a well-established wholesale insurance brokerage specializing in surplus lines, transportation, professional, and specialty commercial coverages. We’re currently aligning talent for a Client Service Representative opportunity within their energetic and client-focused Transportation team. This is an opportunity to join a respected organization known for its service-first culture, deep market knowledge, and commitment to delivering creative coverage solutions to brokers and carriers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain electronic policy files
• Review policies, endorsements, and documentation for accuracy
• Process midterm policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
• Prepare tax filings and maintain compliance documentation
• Log and track new business submissions as part of the Clearance Team
• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, and carriers to ensure timely updates

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Interest in and comfortability building and maintaining strong client relationships
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain a Missouri Producer License in Property & Casualty within 6 months of hire. Licensing and renewal costs covered by employer!
  
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and time management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changes in the marketplace
