Our teams mission is to provide industry-leading agricultural weather solutions for farmers and other science teams across the organization. The successful candidate will be fully integrated into the weather team and will work on meteorological challenges facing the agricultural industry. There has never been a greater demand for your skills in digital agriculture. What You Will Do: Execute an original, applied research project in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Communicate research findings and their relevance in both written and oral formats. Write beautiful, robust, testable, well-documented code. Collaborate with other team members on research endeavors and writing code Basic Qualifications: Enrolled in an MS or Ph.D. program in Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Environmental Engineering, or related field during the duration of the internship Strong command of a scripting programming language (Python preferred) Demonstrable background of innovative research to help solve real-world problems Preferred Qualifications : Strong drive to learn new topics and skills and to do whatever is necessary to develop innovative solutions. Ability to communicate and collaborate as a member of a fast-paced, high-performing team.
