Job Description
As a Collateral Processor – Trade and Title Documentation , you’ll play a vital role in keeping the flow of collateral and documentation accurate, organized, and compliant. You’ll manage the reassignment and release of collateral, maintain lender portfolios, and help ensure legal and title records are properly processed.
This position is perfect for someone who loves details, organization, and seeing tasks through from start to finish. You’ll work with attorneys, custodians, and internal departments to resolve title issues, process legal documents, and support the overall funding process.

What You'll Do Here:
Process incoming legal documents and mail from attorneys or internal departments.
Identify and resolve document discrepancies or missing items, coordinating Remote Online Notarization (RON) when needed.
Research, record, and maintain title documentation using systems such as ImageQuest, ServiceNow, and MR.
Manage assignments, reassignments, and document releases to align with lender portfolio requirements.
Process and record Quit Claim Deeds (QCDs), Warranty Deeds in Lieu (WDILs), and related documents.
Collaborate with custodians, lenders, and attorneys to meet funding deadlines and resolve issues.
Generate and maintain departmental reports while keeping leadership informed on progress.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
10-Key typing speed of at least 5,000 KPH
Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with databases or document management systems (preferred)
Education and/or Experience
