Marc Community Resources is looking for a dynamic individual as a part-time Concessions Worker. We are seeking a person to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our concession stands. If you thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while remaining positive and upbeat and can handle customer issues, we want to hear from you.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sell concessions, including soft drinks, alcohol, and various food items

Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner

Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints and relay relevant information to the supervisor

Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion

Enter sales into the register to ensure accurate sales records

Run cash register

Perform other duties such as replenishing condiments and supplies and cleaning concession area

Comply with all sanitation and safety requirements

Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:

Basic working knowledge of food and beverage

Basic math skills to accurately count and handle money

Ability to follow instructions and perform work effectively

Positive attitude and neat appearance

May be required to perform diverse physical tasks, including constant standing and walking, heavy lifting (30-50 lbs), etc.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
