Shifts available:

• 1st (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
• 2nd (3:30 pm - 12:00 am)
• 3rd (10:30 pm – 7:00 am)

Job Summary:

The primary result expected from the Warehouse Associate is to pack our products in a safe, consistent and efficient manner according to specifications.  Warehouse Associates may also need to operate packaging machines by monitoring & maintaining raw materials needed for operation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Package products to required specifications, meeting quotas
• Load and unload items from machines & conveyors
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards
• Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor
• Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink or labels
• Stack finished packaged items, or wrap protective material around each item, and pack the items in cartons or containers
• Attach identification labels to finished packaged items
• Count and record finished and rejected items

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Competency of basic math
• Ability to work quickly & efficiently
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Performing general physical activities: Lifting up to 50lbs, Standing 100% of shift, & manual dexterity

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ability to manage and motivate personnel.  Must have strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
