Job Description
Westgate Resorts is hiring an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist in Ocoee, FL to provide professional customer service, sales support, research and resolution options **** and administrative assistance to our Corporate Sales Support team. This full‑time role begins with paid, on‑site training for the first 90+ days, followed by a transition to a hybrid schedule.
This position is ideal for detail‑oriented, self motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, service‑driven environment. You will support inbound requests, process documentation, provide timely follow‑up, and assist both internal teams and Westgate owners. This is a weekday-only position with no weekend shifts.
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you’ll collaborate with multiple corporate departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Administration, and Compliance.
